We ordered the pasta with tomato sauce, pasta with basil sauce, and ravioli filled with yam (half a Plat) and ravioli filled with ricotta and Spanish (the other half) with butter and sage sauce.
I liked the yam ravioli, for me, it's the winner between the 3.
The tomato sauce was a bit too simple for my taste, it felt like they just heated some grounded tomatoes and pot pasta inside.
The basil sauce was a bit too sour for my taste, but with some parmesan cheese on top, the saltiness of it balanced the sourness.
The ravioli was just perfect the way it was. Remember to eat it while it's hot otherwise, it will get stiff.
To summarize, a great place to visit, well handled pasta.

The Pasta Salame restaurant impresses with its excellent pasta, and the carbonara in particular tasted outstanding. However, the simple decor could use a little more attention as some lamps harbor flies. The service was friendly, but the coperto of 4.50 euros per person is too high for what is on offer. This is clearly noticeable when compared to upscale restaurants in the immediate vicinity with better service and comparable prices. However, when it comes to the taste and quality of the pasta, the restaurant is unbeatable. (Unfortunately, according to the invoice, we actually paid €4.50 Coperto per person.)

Great noodles at a reasonable price. Spaghetti Carbonara is very tasty and also sufficient in quantity. My wife and daughter were also very satisfied, all three of us were thrilled with my daughter's spaghetti with tomato sauce, it was really extremely good!

SUPERLATIVE PASTA.
Every time we are passing through Friuli we stop for lunch in this place.
I think they are the best homemade pasta I've ever eaten, plus all at a ridiculously low price.

The Carbonara at this restaurant was a standout dish – truly amazing! Perfectly creamy, with just the right balance of flavors. It's a must-try for anyone who appreciates authentic pasta dishes. Will definitely return for another delightful experience.

My family and I were in need of a big Italian hug after driving through torrential rain accompanied by masses of thunder and lightning and we found it at Pasta Salame. All of the dishes were presented with their delicious home made pasta including sausage & mushroom, carbonara, bolognese and gnocchi. We were made to feel very welcome, despite arriving quite close to their closing time and thoroughly enjoyed all of their delicious dishes, including samples of the local white wine for my wife. The experience made a very rainy day much happier, mille grazie!
