Consumption at table service, a brioche kiss, hazelnut and cream, arrived without kiss, a pistachio and caramel yogurt cone and cream arrived without cream, a small cup with correct order.
The cream added to the cone was just noticed by the waiter but as soon as it was brought to the table it remained stuck in the saucer, I had to ask to redo the cone.
Tasteless ice cream, friendly waiters.

If you are in the via Malaspina/via Notarbartolo area, this place is ideal for a quick lunch. There are two of us and we had two plates of tortelli with cream and mushrooms, a plate of mixed vegetables, 2 small waters, 2 cream puffs and a coffee. Total €22.90
Staff, especially the waiter who looked after us, professional and polite and capable of knowing how to move between the tables without causing annoyance. Advised.

Historic and famous place known especially for its past, now truly past, rather glorious.
The place looks good, apparently, but in reality it is very neglected and not well frequented, in fact rather visited by people of dubious taste and behaviour.
Table service is carried out by tired waiters who are just ready to take orders, in fact they move around, especially the males, as if they were doing you a favour.
The food is good but certainly not of extreme quality or refinement.
The pastries are crude and the ice creams are now of dubious taste, especially the tasteless vegan ice creams.
The rotisserie pieces are huge but rough now, really rough.
Medium-high prices.

Locale Caotico, servizio idem, spesso scostante e scortese, ma alla fine enorme qualità e bontà della rosticceria. Arancina al burro tra le migliori di Palermo, calzone fritto quando caldo eccezionale. Buoni anche i pezzi al forno, le arancine Accarne e le altre varietà. Discreta la parte colazione e dolce. Prezzi aumentati negli ultimi tempi come da Media di Palermo purtroppo

The arancini are no longer very oily and have a bad smell of oil, even the seasoning is not a great personal opinion, they make good little pizzas called Florentine but only if freshly made if you get old ones they are like cardboard inedible choose something else. The ice cream is average industrial ice cream, the pastries are also average as is the coffee. It's a shame that being in an area without parking facilities, customers park in the second row, slowing down traffic and creating chaos.

It has always been one of the points of reference for the people of Palermo. For me it has remained so over time, every time I go on holiday to my city, going to Recupero is an obligatory stop. Exquisite rotisserie and spectacular desserts.
