Venendo da fuori, andavo non dico di fretta, ma certamente di passaggio, un po’ spaesato e con una punta di melanconia, perché dovevo acquistare all’improvviso un presente per una cara amica verso la quale le festività non erano state clementi. Dopo molti anni ritrovo un locale accogliente, con un assortimento di pasticceria fresca da stuzzicare la vista e l’olfatto, tanto che mi è spiaciuto non prendere un caffè e un dolce tra i clienti abituali. Mi ha servito con estremo garbo una giovane e gentile signora, laddove un’altra signora - non meno garbata e gentile - stava servendo altri ospiti, che mi ha servito con il sorriso che si dedica al cliente affezionato. La professionalità è un merito, ma l’empatia è un raro dono che riconcilia con il mondo.

Ottimi caffè e brioches. Buone anche le pastine.
