Pastry shop belonging to a small chain with other stores in Naples. This one is located in a great position in the elegant Chiaia area. Service not particularly attentive. Disappointing. We took three types of pastries: chocolate croissant, jam croissant, kranz. Below average quality. Coffee below average. Much better to go to Cimmino a few meters away, if you can find a place.

Ogni volta che vado a Napoli è tappa obbligata. Ci si sente sempre bene accolti in ogni momento della giornata. Disponibilità unica (spesso resto lì a lavorare al PC). Servizio eccellente così come la qualità di cibo e bevande. Ottima la posizione, centrale ma ben defilata dal caos delle altre vie centrali

Bella pasticceria dopo una passeggiata sul lungomare. Ce un po da addentrarsi (non si resta lungo mare!) , ma ne vale la pena. Una buona varietà, ben realizzata, servizio ottimo e prezzi buoni. Locale pulito ed accogliente.

02/12/2023: Finding her in Bologna last week suggested to me a dutiful act for the welcome, commitment and love that Casa Setaro transmits in its work. For me, a Neapolitan living in Parma, it is always special to find "my" flavors in "neutral" areas. I was in this beautiful cellar for the 2022 harvest and I can only speak of it in an excellent way. Their kindness is not second to the quality that can be found in their products. Casa Setaro is an excellence. 61 37, Don Vincenzo and Fuoco Allegro the top. Pietrafumanta anarchic bubble that absolutely deserves a special mention. Great guys, keep up the good work.

17/03/2024: Quality of desserts and coffee excellent, service and relationship with customers not good. To sit at the table to have a coffee you pay 1.80 per person for service which is dirty and without any written or verbal notice. You only find out when you go to the checkout to pay and if I don't have it you ask, they don't issue a receipt.
