As a long-time customer I believe I can give my opinion in a completely objective manner. This morning I booked a takeaway of sandwiches and fried foods as usual. Everything works perfectly, service as always impeccable. However, given the increased cost of the sandwich (11.50 compared to the 10 that can fit) we found ourselves with shrunken sandwiches and with few ingredients inside.
I hope it was a single episode.

Delicious dinner based on fresh fish in the center of Polignano.
We tried a sandwich with raw tuna and one with raw salmon: both sublime!
Very interesting ingredients and flavor combinations.
Good prices and fairly quick table service.
you can only book a limited number of seats for each service, otherwise you can just enter, order and sit wherever you find space or decide to take take away sandwiches and sit on the nearby beach.
Absolutely UNMISSABLE ♥

Pescaria is a guarantee and it also rhymes! :) I haven't been here for a long time because there is always a long queue and because about a year ago I wasn't satisfied with the sandwich and I didn't particularly appreciate the fish balls and the sauce served with it. When I returned I changed my mind and I can say that the quality has returned to its origins: the bread is crunchy as I like it, it creates a nice contrast with the softness of the salmon tartare and the pepper mayonnaise inside is excellent! I will certainly return to try the one with octopus, in the meantime I recommend it to everyone in this period as before the summer it is appreciated more thanks to mild temperatures and lower attendance.

Delicious! “Street food” finds all its letters of nobility here. The octopus burgers in their typical Apulian bread are delicious. The setting is beautiful and clean. The service is perfect, a special thank you to Maria the manager and to the two young women who served us in the evening: Natasha and Lucia

We had two "frittura mista", one "patate riso e cozze" and one "polpo arrosto".
The prawns in the frittura were all not cleaned before cooking, meaning bowels were not emptied (pictures attached). This is not nice when spending 11+ euros for 300gr of product.
Rest of the food was ok-ish, nicely presented and tasty.
Place is nice of you want to taste some of Puglia's seafood, but don't set your expectations too high.

I've heard a lot of positive things about this place, and as it turns out, I'm not the only one. The queue I found was long and a bit discouraging. Well, I decided to invest some time and patiently lined up in the queue. Despite my concerns, the service turned out to be efficient and I was able to place an order relatively quickly. I chose the fried seafood mix which was amazing! Unfortunately, they were😢. If I ever come back to Polignano a Mare, I will definitely visit Pascara again. I would highly recommend!
