To those who haven't been there yet I say GO, to those who have already been there I say
COME BACK. If you want to taste a quality raw material this is it
place suitable for you. This is my second time and the more I talk to the managers
the more I find myself embracing the philosophy they are pursuing. Regardless
from the "location", regardless of the fashion of the moment the high quality of a
product is such in itself. It's not the embroidered tablecloth that gives flavour
flat, it is not the design light that gives freshness to the product and it is not the place a
guarantee its high quality. The cost is high and that's fine since it's justified
by the high quality of the product, its refinement, the supply chain
certified, by the recognitions and the consequent safety with which
I can eat a tray of raw fish without having to go through the
night in the bathroom. Those people who relate the make me laugh
location to the final bill without truly evaluating what they have
ate.
The only true protagonist here is QUALITY, naked and raw, without frills
useless and without anyone playing the shell game.
It is true that the restaurant is located in a small town but it is also true that the products and the cuisine
that you will find at PesceBrillo are WORLDWIDE.

Excellent raw materials, attentive service, high costs, but everyone fits in... ... it's not a pizzeria! .
But a kind of private restaurant... ...excellent for special and occasion dinners like ours was! Not for everyone!
But for the rest:

A place where you can feel the desire for internationality in a small suburban village.
You can feel the passion that Domenico and his staff put into what they do, both in the small touches that are made at the tables and in the dishes that come out of the kitchen. I went with a group of friends, sublime food, quality and freshness of the fish that I hadn't felt for a long time, especially in Tuscany.
Even without paying a cover charge, you are offered a plate of bread with butter made by them and apple cider to start. We continued with hot, raw appetizers and a pacchero with freshly caught gurnard.
A place not for everyone (fortunately) excellent value for money!

Quality is the first word that comes to mind, I add attention to detail and special service.
I had dinner in this place for the second time, and this time too I confirm the first impression.
Finally a place close to home that takes care of the raw materials properly, the rawness is at the top, we will definitely see each other soon.

Altissima qualità della materia prima e servizio impeccabile. Questa pescheria che si trasforma in un delizioso ristorante dalle mille attenzioni è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Il proprietario ha una profonda conoscenza del prodotto, guidata dalla grande passione che trasmette nelle spiegazioni e accortezze. Il menu varia secondo la disponibilità del pesce fresco, è possibile crearlo e personalizzarlo a proprio gusto. Essendo uno slow food tutto è cucinato al momento ma i tempi di attesa non sono un problema perchè sono ben intrattenuti da un buon sidro e dell’ottimo pane fatto da loro con particolari ingredienti. Lasciatevi consigliare, le loro creazioni sono piene di sapore che esalta la freschezza del pesce. La carta dei vini è ben curata. Da non perdere l’assaggio finale del Porto francese, una vera chicca.

Locale piacevole, ma ancora di più sono piacevoli i piatti realizzati dallo chef , assolutamente unici. I titolari sono preparatissimi su cibo e vino...non rimarrete delusi.

se vuoi mangiare del pesce ottimo con prodotti di qualità e serviti in maniera eccellente devi provare questo posto … intimo .. cordiale .. riservato e alla mano al tempo speso .. il primo posto dove abbiamo mangiato appena trasferiti a poggio a caiano ed è diventato un punto di riferimento per cene intime e con amici
