Piadina In Cesenatico

Posizione comoda e bella , per fortuna che non avevamo letto le recensioni, avremmo rischiato di non andarci, posso solo dire che le nostre piadine erano ben farcite , grandi, cotte bene, ed erano ancora buone mangiate il giorno successivo all'acquisto, prezzo in linea con le altre piadinerie, peccato che quando ci siamo stati noi non facevano i crescioni

Piadina dough not unleavened but with exquisite flavor. The best I've ever tasted. Watercress with sublime herbs. Excellent mozzarella tomato cress. I am 73 years old from Romagna and I know a lot about piadine but.....this is at the top of "human" piadine making. Beyond there is only the Dream...

The best piadina in my memory and I have eaten many!!! Light, crumbly and of the right thickness, perfect! My choice fell on raw squaquerone and rocket, wonderful! The kiosk is also very beautiful, set back from the road it has a beautiful veranda in white and red marble in front and is made up of two classic white and red kiosks which house a stone pine in the center on which a beautiful wooden shelf has been designed creating a snack area alternative to the tables. Congratulations on renewing this tradition!!!

Good piadinas and watercress, even if you just take the piadina for home, the choice is always the best. Good flours which, nowadays, is not exactly a given! Always friendly staff.
