Il locale è piccolo e angusto, forse anche un po’ triste, ma quando si comincia a mangiare la tristezza lascia il posto all’allegria. È una gioia, infatti, assaporare le delizie dello chef, abilissimo nel trattare materie prime di grande qualità col massimo rispetto. Ci hanno fatto vedere un cesto pieno di porcini freschissimi ed è stato amore a prima vista! Abbiamo subito ordinato le tagliatelle (fatte in casa dallo chef) con questi funghi meravigliosi e la scelta si è rivelata azzeccatissima. Perfetti l’equilibrio tra gli ingredienti e la mantecatura a base di burro. Bravo, molto bravo lo chef che ha trattato i funghi con gentilezza, esaltandone il gusto. Abbiamo assaggiato anche vari antipasti, tutti ottimi. Provate i carciofi… con crema di topinambur: eccezionali!

Wir hatten das Lokal von Alessandro Leo empfohlen bekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Lokal ist klein und hat einen Innenhof mit 4 Tischen, wo man angenehm im Schatten sitzt. Wir waren spät dran, sonst wäre evtl. das angebotene 5-Gang-Überraschungsmenue für EUR 35 unsere Wahl gewesen. So gab es dann Tagliatelle mit frischen Steinpilzen, ganz wunderbar. Als Hauptgang einen auf der Haut gebratenen Schattenfisch (Umbrina) mit lila Kartoffeln, einer der besten Fische, die ich je gegessen habe. Dazu einen wunderbaren Rohesia Negroamaro Rosato von Cantele. Am Schluß kam dann auch der Chef/Koch und freute sich, dass wir begeistert waren.
