We called a couple days prior for a reservation which is recommended if you want to get a table. Ricky was our server and was friendly, offered great suggestions, and did a wonderful job. We got the cheese appetizer, boar parpadelle, pasta with artichoke and bacon, chicken in lemon sauce, lamb, tiramisu, and the blackberry tart. The pastas were fantastic and definitely the best dishes we ordered! The chicken in my opinion was just okay, it’s definitely not the star of the menu. The wine was only €15 or so and was the perfect addition to the meal. Loved it and so glad it was our last meal before heading back home from our trip!

Brilliant little restaurant our hotel reccomended to us. We just turned up and luckily managed to squeeze us in. Couldn't fault the service at all very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice indeed I'd definitely visit again.

Domenica sera deserto in centro storico. Trovo questo locale aperto e mi offrono il meglio della cucina abruzzese. La grigliata di carne ottima annaffiata da un Montepulciano top. Il cameriere Ricky simpaticissimo. Locale familiare e genuino. Bravi. E’ stata davvero una bella scoperta. I biscotti home-made col caffe superlativi

Bel posto vicinossimo al centro di Roma, abbiamo mangiato pietanze eccellenti dagli antipasti fino agli immancabili arrosticini, nota di merito per le fettuccine ai funghi porcini. Simpaticissimo Massimiliano, il proprietario, vuole assolutamente che tutto venga assaggiato e terminato. Consigliatissimo

06/04/2024: Better Master than Saint! After leaving the San Giorgio tavern (disappointed) I landed in this little place... Top Roman artichoke! Superlative chard tortellino and desserts to discover 😉
06/04/2024: Last night I decided to celebrate my birthday with the family at Mastro Giorgio's Fraschetta. I must say that the dishes were perfectly balanced, without any flaw. I have rarely been able to taste a cacio e pepe like this, almost perfect but also the amatriciana with the perfectly crunchy bacon. Very good meat and excellent cellar. The gem of artisanal bitters at the end of the meal is much appreciated. Very fast services and attentive to customer needs. I am very satisfied.

06/04/2024: I've known Fabrizio for some time, a great and above all nice person. having been to his restaurant for the first time, I tasted everything and I must say that I was really satisfied starting from the appetizers and then starting especially with the first courses! TOP restaurant.
31/03/2024: All excellent. From the very honest price to the quality of the food and the service. Classic Roman tavern where you can eat well, or rather very well, for the right amount of money. Excellent service. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
