Pietranuda In Locorotondo

Together with a group of friends one Sunday morning we decided to go and eat at Braceria Pietranuda, after clearly having booked several days before. The restaurant is located practically a stone's throw from the historic center of Locorotondo, so in periods of heavy tourist influx it may not be easy to find parking. The grill is aesthetically very beautiful: as the name suggests, inside the structure is also made of stone. Very high ceilings, large rooms, the furnishings vary from a more vintage style in the entrance area with the presence, for example, of a beautiful stove, to a more modern style in the rooms, tempered however by the presence of stone which always recalls the rooms once upon a time. We took mixed appetizers to get a little taste of everything, and I must say that we found practically everything good, with portions that were generous. The specialty of the place is clearly meat and we all took a second course of meat and were satisfied. If I wanted to find a flaw I would say that perhaps the desserts were not at the same level as the rest. The choice of wines is good, and if you are in doubt you can always ask the staff. Note of merit goes to the staff, who proved to be very kind, always ready and prepared. Prices are certainly not trattoria-like but the place is not the classic pizzeria, and when you book in certain places you cannot expect to have very low prices.

One of the best places is to taste quality meat and starters within 100km. Top location both internally and externally. Excellent selection of exceptional artisanal ribs, bombettes and sausage. Varied selection of red and rosé wines. The vast choice of Gins is also excellent. Fast and friendly staff. Fair price for the quality offered

Mio malgrado deludente Sono tornata in questo posto avendo un ricordo bellissimo ma purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi sia per le quantità ridotte degli antipasti ma soprattutto per la tagliata equiparabile ad una fettina sottilissima quasi un foglio di carta velina, tra l'altro carbonizzata e con condimento davvero centellinato. Molto dispiaciuta. Spero davvero questa recensione serva a riportarli ai tempi che furono. Giusto per chiarire eravamo cinque, volevamo gustare gli antipasti della casa e la vostra cameriera ci ha consigliato di ordinare per tre. In merito alla tagliata, mai mangiata una tagliata così piccola, sottile e insignificante nonostante è abitudine della mia comitiva consumarla frequentemente in altri posti in zona Mi dispiace ma è la realtà. Meglio farne tesoro per migliorare. Buon lavoro

Nulla di contrario da dire. Location stupenda. Ben tenuta. Servizio ottimo. Ottime proposte del menu. Carne divina ben presentabile e cotta alla perfezione. Molto bella anche la presentazione dei dolci. Buonissimi che essi. Prezzi in linea.

Cibo ottimo. Carne di buonissima qualità. Servizio cordiale e veloce. Locale seppur non nel tipico centro storico di Locorotondo, vicinissimo al centro.

Accoglienza mediamente familiare , servizio professionale , antipasti discreti e un po' cari , primi piati anche se erano scarsi ma erano da 10 e lode . Bombette discrete la salsiccia molto molto buona e cotta alla perfezione , scelta dei vini ottima ma prezzi 25% più alti della media , dolci buoni , prezzi un po' alti , ma nel insieme è un locale che sa il fatto suo, c'è professionalità e una certa passione .!!

Buona griglieriela/ braceria personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimi piatti, pochi della tradizione pugliese. Molto apprezzato gli " gnommarelli".

Abbiamo gustato le prelibatezze della valle d'itria in una location fine ed accogliente. Bombette e gnommarelli davvero gustosi e saporiti. Il personale preparato e gentile costituisce ulteriore plus al locale. Torneremo sicuramente a scoprire il resto del menù! Prezzo assolutamente coerente alla location e alla qualità della materia prima.
