Small but very characteristic place... excellent sandwiches with typical cured meats, TOP wine, the manager is very nice especially if you ask him: "a bottle of water" 🤣. I RECOMMEND IT.

I ate the best mortadella sandwich in Bologna, a small place but furnished in an original and unique way with antique/vintage elements, there are seats outside overlooking the central square. The owner Luca, a brilliant and very nice person, knows how to entertain customers in the best way. Unique experience! I highly recommend a stop here to anyone passing through Bologna. In the overall opinion I believe that the Pigro Mortadelleria restaurant deserves more than 5 stars!

05/04/2024: Good flatbread. Quality ingredients, there is the possibility of choosing alternative doughs. Little space inside for on-site consumption and none outside unfortunately. Fairly low prices. Quick service. Friendly staff. Explosive taste. Appropriate quality-price ratio.
02/04/2024: Excellent for eating a good piadina in the center or some excellent Tigelle. There are many varieties of good quality condiments to choose from. The place also has some counters for consumption. The staff is courteous. Recommended for a quick and cheap meal.

06/04/2024: Well done!!!! Run by young guys with a truly pleasant friendliness and kindness. Traditional food executed in an excellent way. Low prices. I also appreciated the background music, soft music that breaks up the annoying chatter in the room but does not disturb the chatter that takes place at the table. I had already been here and they proved to be a guarantee, I will look for the opportunity to also try the summer garden as soon as they open it. I really wish this staff every luck. See you soon
