13/01/2024: Let me start by saying that it is among the best pizzerias in the area. The pizza is cooked well and the dough is good, none of the pizzas were either thin and raw in the center or burnt. Furthermore, the leavening feels long, very easy to digest. High quality, refined raw material. The possibility of managing everything online with the app is interesting but the UX should definitely be implemented in some way. The problems lie in the long waiting times you have for a pizza even in the middle of the week. We waited 1 hour. Another negative value is the location. Environment not suitable for eating inside the structure, pizzerias practically almost entirely dedicated to takeaway. In any case, a pizzeria, especially if dedicated to food, should be evaluated mainly for the food, and I would have even given 5 stars despite the waiting time if only there were some decent vegan options. Not a vegan friendly place. I'm willing to give 5 stars if they make changes in the future.

13/10/2023: Quick pizza halved with my wife on the tables in the gazebo. What can I say, very kind and good pizza, thin but not dry, not at all chewy. I'll be back for sure!!!
