Delicious pizza, so much so that we returned the next evening. All seasoned with friendliness and hospitality. 👍

Every year it is tradition for us to visit the Pizzeria Pila in Burgeis. In addition to the very good pizza, what should be highlighted is the service. The service worker Ewald, who has been working there for decades, is an absolute man of honor. The visit is particularly fun for football fans, as Ewald is a big fan of FC Bayern Munich and, in addition to his customer service skills, also shines with football expertise. Therefore, for us, the pizzeria is an absolute cultural asset and always worth a stay.

One should not always assume at first glance. Sure, more could be done with Pizzeria Pila (from the outside and inside). But if you take the pizzas as a measure for the rating, I can only say that the price and taste go together really well. And if you then take the house wine (far too cheap), you can only come to the conclusion “EVERYTHING DONE RIGHT”.

A somewhat peculiar business in the lower price category, where you have to get used to unconventional service. The pizza tasted good, the other dishes were of mixed quality.
