Excellent pizza, disproportionately sized! 🥲 I couldn't finish it all. But very good for a quick lunch in Pigneto.

Was here on our first day of vacation to Rome, and got the Salmone, with a Limoncello shot at the end. Was one of the best Pizza's of my life. Highly recommended.

Rotisserie pizzeria that also offers table service from lunch until late in the evening. Pizza by the slice is prepared with many different toppings. The square on the plate is the classic Roman dish, I think, rolled out with a rolling pin, well seasoned and crunchy on the edges. Tasty fried foods. Fast and attentive service. Fair prices on drinks too. C Malatesta metro stop. Advised

The pizza is really good, the price is right. We waited half an hour for three takeaway pizzas. Large and tasty pizzas. Next time if I don't sit down I'll order them. Advised!!!

Si quieres probar un auténtico sitio romano, este es el tuyo! Es un restaurante por el que merece la pena desplazarse un poco en metro o en taxi, o en lo que sea!!! La comida es deliciosa, la atención inmejorable, los productos de una calidad que no encontraréis en el centro de Roma! Será al primer sitio que vuelva cuando pase otra vez por Roma. Gracias por tan buena experiencia culinaria

Pizza fina romana superlativa , consigliatissima la Pizza Simone : rossa con culatello basilico e mozzarella di bufala a crudo, pizza che fuoriesce dal piatto , ottime materie prime . Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente . Super menzione per Meena il ragazzo in cassa pratico e veloce . Ci tornerò!!!

12/03/2024: Family restaurant. All delicious dishes starting from the focaccia through to the cacio e pepe. Just one piece of advice: if someone comes from Campania, don't serve them mozzarella in the appetizer. fair prices
25/02/2024: For years I haven't tasted the duality of handmade fettuccine... cordoselle at times, but delicate like the first rays of dawn.. But here in Valmontone and in the Ciociaria, my aunt, my grandmother, my mother, they all cook like this. But if you come to the "Olio, sale e pepe" restaurant you lose the bet! The best cook is here, she cooks just like my aunt Italia Schina. I'm touched, so many memories, thank you! Stefania Schina

20/03/2024: I regularly frequent this pizzeria by the slice where, in addition to pizza, they also make sandwiches and complete menus. I usually get the margherita or the tasty version with potatoes. The ingredients are excellent and the pizza is cooked to perfection, so the dough is always light and tasty. The prices are honest and you pay for the pizza by weight, so you can eat well without spending too much, unless you are tempted by the special pizzas which cost more due to the refined and unusual ingredients. There are no tables inside and those outside are not always clean. However, every time I go I feel good and the experience is always pleasant.
