Family restaurant. All delicious dishes starting from the focaccia through to the cacio e pepe. Just one piece of advice: if someone comes from Campania, don't serve them mozzarella in the appetizer. fair prices

For years I haven't tasted the duality of handmade fettuccine... cordoselle at times, but delicate like the first rays of dawn.. But here in Valmontone and in the Ciociaria, my aunt, my grandmother, my mother, they all cook like this. But if you come to the "Olio, sale e pepe" restaurant you lose the bet! The best cook is here, she cooks just like my aunt Italia Schina. I'm touched, so many memories, thank you! Stefania Schina

Siamo venuti qui già due volte da Roma. Il posto è accogliente e familiare. Il cibo divino, di qualità e genuino. Marco un ristoratore con la R maiuscola. Lo adoro 🤩. Lo consiglio di giorno con piatti tradizionali e la sera con fast food stile americano. Mi piace moltissimo!! Ci tornerò.

Siamo entrati senza leggere nessuna recensione. Personale molto accogliente e con una particolare attenzione verso i bambini. Abbiamo degustato dei primi (la zozzona)...con una spolverata di tartufo...consigliata dal cameriere (consapevoli che avrebbe avuto un costo)... davvero deliziosi...ci ritorneremo sicuramente se passiamo di qui. Consiglio vivamente!
