Exceptional pizza, excellent service 💯

Cozy pizzeria in the historic center of Pabillonis, a small town in Southern Sardinia. The pizzas are never the same, the inventiveness on the table is never lacking. The dough is the only one that satisfies my palate without irritating the intestines. The environment is familiar, welcoming. Politeness and friendliness are at home. Last note, very important, despite my various allergies there are excellent variations for desserts too. Also highly recommended for takeaway and fried fish. Go there and you won't regret it 🤩🍕

How is it possible that, with an excellent pizza (large, with fresh ingredients, good) and a kind and attentive waitress, very attentive to customers, you can only give three stars? Because I consider a wait of an hour and forty minutes unacceptable. It was Saturday and the place was full but that's not justifiable. Next to us was a huge noisy table which, having arrived on site shortly before us, had no clear ideas on what to order: there were more than 20 people, both adults and children. We were ready to order both drinks and food and in fact we ordered the food before the huge table but the waitress (extremely kind) told us that they would be served on a first-come, first-served basis so we would have to wait anyway. The mega table ordered calmly and only after constant urging from the waitress. Then it turned out that they were celebrating a birthday and were friends of the owners who then showed up at the time of the cake to eat it with them. Moral: after an inconceivable wait, in the midst of dozens of takeaway pizzas that continued to come out, after an hour and forty, the pizzas arrived and thank goodness we asked for french fries in the meantime. Rightly our children (but also us) were fed up. The slowness was also noticed by other customers, of course. The pizzas, as mentioned, were very good, but the wait was excessive and took a toll. If I were to go back, it certainly wouldn't be on a Saturday. To underline the empathy of the good waitress who understood our discomfort and was sincerely sorry.

I have been there several times and on each occasion I have been amazed. Special pizzas really are!!
