The long leavening pizza is among the best I have ever eaten, always with excellent quality ingredients, not to mention the guys and the owner who are always kind and friendly. The sweet cannoli with buffalo ricotta is highly recommended, it is a masterpiece.

Nice surprise when you don't expect anything more than a decent pizza and instead you find yourself tasting one of the best and lightest in the area. Truly a spectacle of softness and fragrance of the dough as well as a good quality of the relative seasoning. The cooked mortadella as an appetizer and the homemade desserts are also very welcome. I also applaud the girl who always served us with a smile on her face and unparalleled competence. We will be back!

The pizza is without a doubt EXCELLENT, in its dough and ingredients, Neapolitan-style, with a high, soft edge and a thinner centre. The price for a Margherita is about 0.50/1.00 higher than the competition, but they are cents well spent, because the pizza is worth every penny. The place is well-kept and the staff trained. They do not provide home delivery service, but it is possible to call to order take-away pizza by entering a sort of list, which guarantees you a "priority", and this all the more allows you to go on site without waiting longer than necessary.

La location è carina nella parte anteriore. Il personale estremamente educato è cortese. Ottima la pizza il Carpaccio di manzo e i dolci, molto gustosa la panna cotta. Prezzi nella norma

Un angolo di Napoli a Monopoli. Ottime pizze. Eccellenti fritti, sebbene rivisitati dalla cucina locale un po' distante dalla napoletana. Ottimo il servizio preciso e veloce. Bravi!!
