Nice place, well kept, good food. The sandwiches were nice big and the piece was average. The only negative note, you can't go to a place at dinner time hoping to relax and you end up with 3/4 TVs on showing the news, put on music, sports, documentaries but please... having dinner hearing about misfortunes is not the best life, 4 stars only for this negative note, otherwise it would have been 5.

I ordered pizza at home, staff both on the phone and at delivery were very kind and efficient. The pizza is excellent, tasty and the spelled dough is light and soft

What a surprise..!!! You know when you pass by a place several times and you don't know why but you ignore it, only to then discover by chance what you were missing until the moment you tried it...?! Well, Trattoria Al Cacciatore is precisely one of these cases..! I review around 50 restaurants and taverns a year but this one has left its mark... we're talking about a midweek lunch (Thursday 11/23/2023) Value for money: ***** excellent Environment: ***** rustic, all in wood, very beautiful to look at, well-kept and clean including the bathroom (not a small thing for lunch) Service: ***** young, smiling, communicative, precise and punctual staff Kitchen: ***** the right quantity per dish, prepared by capable hands and of excellent workmanship... I was able to taste orecchiette with turnip greens with salami (phenomenal), scallops in white wine (excellent and not fibrous), sweet and sour onions (very good), a excellent 1/4 local Merlot wine and sparkling mineral water Price: ***** to the above I added a capo amaro, I spent €18... if I'm not mistaken the fixed price menu excluding wine and bitters is €14 Final comment: ***** as I said at the beginning, a real surprise, in this price range I must say the best place where I have ever had lunch and I am allowed to have lunch at least 3 times a week in restaurants and trattorias across half of Italy.
