We had lunch a grill steak (delicious), a perfect pizza and a crostino. Everything was tasted and the staff was very kind even when we were late. Very close to the pasa tower. I recommend a lot. Llegamos tarde y nos atendieron perfectamente y todo estaba buenísimo.

A super trattoria with well-made typical dishes and pizzas with quality ingredients. The desserts are also good and highly recommended. The unfiltered Tuscan beer is worth tasting.

I had gluten free caneloni and they were good but too small

With Marco and Federica from the moment we entered, we were greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere as the Apulians know how to do. Well yes, we from Brindisi and them from Santa Cesaria Terme. The food was simply delicious, each dish was a riot of fresh and genuine flavours. The service was impeccable, the staff were attentive to our needs. Furthermore, the environment was extremely clean and well looked after, which helped make the day even more enjoyable. I cannot say enough about this restaurant for its excellence in every aspect.

Abbiamo pranzato alla trattoria La Buca trovandoci molto bene. Piatti tipici buoni e ben cucinati , personale gentile e veloce. Prezzi nella media. Consigliato.

Fuimos tres compañeros de trabajo a cenar por casualidad (está cerquita de la torre y tiene una terraza muy bonita como en un callejón)… no estuvo mal, pero tampoco es la mejor comida que hemos probado. No teníamos mucho hambre, por lo que decidimos compartir tres platos entre los tres (un entrante, una pasta y una pizza, para probar de todo un poco). - El entrante fue una burrata con jamón… la burrata no tenía demasiado sabor, la verdad… pero tampoco estaba mal; el jamón, el típico italiano. - La pasta era tagliatelle a la carbonara… estaba bastante rico de sabor, aunque creo que le faltaba salsa…. Estaba algo “seco” en ese sentido…. - La pizza era la de atún y cebolla…. Muy cargada de ingredientes y buen sabor; la masa, rica. Estaba buena. En general me parece un restaurante que no está mal, con un precio adecuado a la zona y un servicio que nos sirvió bastante rápido. Sin embargo, vimos una pega y es que comentamos que era todo para compartir, y nos trajeron los tres platos a la vez! Así se te queda fría la comida antes de probarla….
