Extremely small place with very few seats which allowed us to thoroughly enjoy an intimate and well-appointed dinner. The quality of the raw materials is high, and there is no question about the flavour. The decor of the place struck me because I would have expected something more traditional, typical tavern style, but instead I found an artistic style in the true sense of the word. The restaurant has prices that are a little high compared to the Turin average, due both to the type of very laborious preparation of the food and to the quality, but also to the fact that probably to support the costs of the restaurant with so few seats you have to raise the prices a little . The only flaw, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is that given the average cost of dinner of 45 euros per person, I would have expected slightly larger portions on the plate. Small place with a particular atmosphere, curated with a lot of imaginative and simple art. Very accurate table service from a very kind gentleman, without being affected. Delicious traditional Piedmontese appetizers, served in pretty bicerins with spoons, accompanied by a warm, slightly sweet focaccia with grains of salt. Delicate plin stuffed with chestnut, with delicious hazelnut sauce and pesto, very thin tajarin in an exquisite cheese and pepper sauce (the slipper is a must for both. Marsala sambajon like in the old days and hazelnut cake always with excellent sambajon. Prices a little high, but deserved for the care, taste and particularity. We will be back.

Sanno cosa cucinano.. Percepisci onestà e correttezza sia nel proporti i piatti sia nel conto finale. Li consiglio tantissimo. Miraccomando.. La scarpetta. I piatti devono tornare puliti.

Mangiare fuori deve essere un esperienza a mio parere, se no meglio cucinare. Qui sei sicuro di viverla l esperienza!

A partire dall'accoglienza, per arrivare alla qualità, un'esperienza del tutto positiva. Un salotto nel quale degustare, con calma e atmosfera, diverse specialità della cucina piemontese. Ottima l'idea dei piccoli assaggi nei vasetti in vetro. Eccellenti i primi. Ottimi i dessert. Buona selezione di vini.

Incuriosito dalle recensioni tutte positive erano 3 anni che provavo di prenotare per cena nei 3 giorni che mi trovavo a Torino per le ATP finals, ho sempre telefonato per prenotare troppo tardi trovano tutto pieno quest'anno ho chiamato 15 gg prima e sono riuscito ad andare. Confermo tutto quello che si legge posto piccolo pochissimi coperti, ma accogliente, il proprietario simpatico e disponibile le ragazze che servono al tavolo discrete ed educate gia questo vale l'esperienza, si mangia senza fretta non ci sono 2/3 turni, musica di sottofondo e relax. Il mangiare sfizioso e buono, noi abbiamo preso il menù Gourmet e 2 dolci, sicuramente ci tornerò prenotando per tempo anche i prossimi anni che sarò a Torino per provare altre pietanze. Da provare, allego più che le foto dei piatti che sono comunque uguali a quelle già presenti le foto dei vari menù con i prezzi per farsi un'idea di quello che si mangia in questo locale.
