Restaurant in the center of Sestri Levante with outdoor terrace. Good, plentiful and well presented dishes. Adequate value for money. Attentive and kind staff.

Locale tradizionale situato nel centro di Sestri Levante: ambiente con richiami marinari ma che necessita di una rinfrescata. Menù principalmente a base di pesce, con possibilità di pranzare a menù a prezzo fisso (opzione che abbiamo scelto). Piatti ben presentati e cucinati in porzioni abbondanti. Servizio attento. Discreta carta dei vini, anche se ci aspettavamo una maggiore varietà. Location: 6, menù: 8, servizio: 7, conto: 7.

Da anni Polpo Mario è un'istituzione in quel di Sestri Levante. Piatti gustosi ed equilibrati, porzioni abbondanti e materie prime eccelse. La prenotazione è d'obbligo perché, pur avendo un buon numero di coperti, è sempre pieno. Da provare assolutamente se fate tappa a Sestri.

14/02/2024: The restaurant is of quality with prices in line with the food served. They also have downstairs outside, an area where grilled meat, burgers and other types are cooked. They have a large lawn set up with gazebos and benches where you can eat food. The owner is also a passionate motorcyclist, so much so that outside the restaurant he has an enduro motorbike hung on the roof of the entrance. If you pass through those parts I recommend stopping.
08/11/2023: I like the location in the town of Gorreto. He and she will be able to welcome you in the most appropriate way, making you feel almost at home. It has outdoor space for the summer season and a rather well-kept and warm interior space, with a fireplace in the center of the room. It is located on state road 45 which leads from Genoa to Piacenza and vice versa. Reference point for motorcyclists and tourists.
