Sabato, mercato a Rovetta. Tempo uggioso. Decidiamo per la prosciutteria... Scelta azzeccata! Gentilissimi e accoglienti. Tagliere di salumi friulani eccezionali. Polenta e guancia di vitello e polenta e goulash: molto tenera e saporita la carne, ottima la polenta di mais rosso di Rovetta. Tiramisù e torta al cioccolato con crema di mascarpone. Acqua, un calice di Lagrein rosso, una birra artigianale ai cereali. Un cestino di pane delizioso. 65 euro. Decisamente onesti per qualità del cibo e porzioni. Personale cortese e disponibile. Bravi davvero!

Dinner for two; large platter with excellent Friulian cured meats and mountain cheeses, accompanied by giardiniera and jams. Followed by pizzoccheri and polenta with Chianina ragout, delicious. Forgot dessert because they were really full from the previous courses. Beautiful location and punctual service, precise and courteous staff. Adequate prices. To be recommended

01/04/2024: Excellent Easter lunch, fixed menu at €50 per person. Everything is delicious, home-produced cured meats and cheeses. Experience to be repeated.
17/03/2024: I spent a Saturday evening with friends, I ate very well, the service was impeccable and very friendly, the dishes are calibrated correctly, in my opinion I think it's right to avoid wasting food, they keep coming back to ask if you still want casoncelli etc... that We really liked that it is run by young, very knowledgeable, kind guys who pay attention to the customer. Well done and everything was delicious. See you soon

31/03/2024: We've been going there for years and it really is the 🔝 in everything: food, service, environment. Nice and beautiful collaborators and the owner well... a bomb of energy!!! Highly recommended!!!! 💯‼️
31/03/2024: Easter lunch with friends, chosen after having enjoyed an excellent pizza "welcomed even though it was late and the place was closing" ... the lunch with excellent starters, first and second courses, well plated and even better cooked. Even the nice dessert...in addition to the drinks on the menu, upon our request for a sparkling wine, we were served an excellent prosecco. Mrs. Nadia, always very kind and hospitable, is well supported by her precise and always present staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
