I've known Puok for years now and I can say I've tried many of its sandwiches. The last one I tried was the Genovese Astrospaziale, well perhaps there aren't any words to describe them other than the one that already has "ASTROSPAZIALE" in the name. We were four friends united by a love for Genoese (Neapolitan) wine, who went there just to try it and I must say that it absolutely did not disappoint expectations, in fact it improved them; with every bite it really felt like you were eating that Genoese dish that your grandmother prepares for you on Sunday. The meat melted in your mouth, the onion had its say in every bite as it should. I thought the mayonnaise might be bothersome, but in reality it wasn't, it blended perfectly with everything else. A truly exaggeratedly good sandwich, like all those offered by PUOK!!! Egidio, you guys are phenomena.🧡

Space sandwich, the best I've ever tried. The combination of ingredients goes perfectly together. The bun melts in your mouth, the burger, in addition to being delicious, is perfectly cooked. Packaging really well done. You can see that there is a great passion for food behind it. Open one in Sassari too, I swear I'll finance you 😂

A very pleasant aperitif dinner in a pretty location

Volevo provare i panini di Egidio da una vita. Purtroppo ci sono arrivato solo ora durante le feste natalizie, quindi in un periodo dove si mangia troppo e si assapora meno. Nonostante questo mi sono goduto ogni morso del mio Hadoken. Panino bilanciatissimo, con il burro di arachidi che prende tutti gli altri ingredienti e li porta a un livello più alto. Giuste le dimensioni, si fa mangiare perfettamente senza distruggersi al primo morso. Servizio super rapido.

Ho provato anche Puok a Spaccanapoli. Scelta dei panini più limitata rispetto alla sede del Vomero, ma cmq tanta scelta. Servizio come sempre veloce e staff sempre cordialissimo e sorridente. Abbiamo preso due panini, quello con burro di arachidi e davvero buono, abbinamento che già conoscevo ed apprezzato, mia moglie un doppio smash bacon. Buoni ma.... per me il migliore rimane il pulled pork che ho mangiato al Vomero! E che vuoi farci i gusti sono gusti! Scherzi a parte, i prodotti sono di qualità ed abbinamenti sempre azzeccati. Il panino di Puok va mangiato se sei in zona!
