Hmm, just great! 🤩 What a great service, unfortunately we can only give 5 stars! And the food, super good! I hope we can come again!

A really great hotel. The rooms are modernly furnished and super clean. The staff is extremely friendly, the boss even introduces herself. Breakfast buffet/a la carte is excellent. We would book again at any time. The highlight for me is also the house cat ☺️

This place is absolutely amazing. Once you enter the small town Vilanders, you will see the Ansitz on the right. It looks like a fortress from the middle age, but offers a luxury experience. The room I stayed was super comfy, but also authentic and provided a lot of privacy. Big surprise for me, the Sauna in my room! It is perfect to have a private experience after a long day. I had the 3 course dinner and it did not disappoint. What I liked most was not just the taste and esthetics, but the explanation about how this food is related to the region. The breakfast buffet is huge and only offers high quality products that are locally sourced. This is an ideal place for a romantic getaway or for anyone who really wants to have a deeper experience with the history of South Tyrol. One note: There are a lot of steps, but it did not discourage me since it is an old historic building and my legs are ok.

Wedding photographer's perspective: We've shot here a couple of elopements with couples getting ready in these incredible suites. The building itself and the rooms are perfect for moody and raw style in photography. The venue is also close to major locations in Dolomites and the management staff is super cute and available. 10/10!!

Wir haben das Restaurant besucht und waren durchweg begeistert. Ich war schon oft beim Fine Dining in mehreren Ländern, aber hier hat alles perfekt gepasst - das Menu, die Geschwindigkeit, der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Wohlfühlplatz mit sehr gutem Essen

Nutrimento dell'anima oltre al corpo. Una location suggestiva e curata nella cornice di Villandro. Una tenuta con piccole finestre a custodire una stube tradizionale e al tempo stesso esclusiva. A servire un personale cordiale, accogliente e professionale. Un plauso alla cucina che valorizza la materia prima dell' Alto Adige e sorprende palato. Un'esperienza unica quasi onirica ad un costo onesto, la ciliegina sulla torta alla nostra permanenza in Sudtirol.

Beim ankommen schon mal vom äußeren "Steinbock" beeindruckt.. darin ging es genauso weiter.. unfassbares, gemütliches, familiäres Ambiente gepaart mit einer unglaublichen Gastfreundlichkeit!! Service, Essen und Getränke echt unglaublich gewesen.. dieses Restaurant sucht seinesgleichen!!

Qu'il est agréable de s'attabler dans cette "Stube" chic, intimiste et douillette où des matériaux bruts et nobles tels que le bois de chêne et d'épicéa composent un décor authentique et intemporel. Après une première très réussie en septembre 2022 au Fine Dining Restaurant, on avait hâte de renouveler l'expérience en 2023, mais cette-fois ci pour deux soirs d'affilée. Le premier soir le Menu de dégustation "Classic" et le deuxième soir le Menu "Creativ" ont émerveillé nos papilles gustatives. Au piano, le chef Thomas Kinder élabore une cuisine innovante et s'attache à sublimer le terroir du Tyrol du Sud. En salle, l'équipe met en oeuvre un service de grande qualité, souriant, compétent et efficace le tout sous la houlette de Bastian, maître d'hôtel et surtout sommelier hors pair qui se fera un plaisir de trouver la perle rare parmi les crus qui garnissent la belle cave. De beaux et bons moments de gastronomie qui méritent sans aucun doute une étoile Michelin.
