Dinner was an extremely pleasant experience. In an elegant and intimate environment, impeccable service accompanied us through chef Gramaglia's dishes. The tasting itinerary was very varied, refined and capable of combining effective aesthetics with dishes full of history and tradition. Great attention was also paid to the proposal of gluten free solutions for my girlfriend, which were extremely refined and tasty. Absolutely worth repeating if the opportunity arises again.

On the occasion of my boyfriend's birthday we spent a wonderful Sunday lunch with the family at the starred President restaurant. In a chic, refined environment with a few well-kept tables, we chose the Viaggio menu and fell in love with every course; Thanks to chef Gramaglia and his friendly and knowledgeable team, we enjoyed a journey of refined, balanced and tasty flavours. We were satisfied in our stomachs and spirits. Particularly appreciated was the willingness to meet my mother's dietary needs by slightly modifying the dishes to satisfy her, she will certainly not forget it like us when seeing her so happy. Thanks to the chef for delighting us even at the end of the meal with the description of his culinary philosophy. The large open space nearby is convenient for parking.

The quality of the meal was uneven, both in terms of tastes and textures. Some dishes were delicious, others poorly balanced (the spongy tacos with a mayonnaise taste for example). The dessert in particular left us perplexed (tasteless and unpleasant in the mouth). The high price (140€ per person excluding drinks) would be suitable for a Michelin-starred menu without any downside, but it seemed excessive here. Furthermore, after having communicated our requirements (train to take), we were directed towards choosing the longest menu, but no effort was made to allow us to be on time and we missed our train. A big disappointment for what we thought would be the culinary highlight of our vacation: we had much better experiences in seemingly more modest restaurants.

The staff was super welcoming and incredibly kind from the beginning to the end of our journey. Each dish was presented in detail, from the combinations of flavors present, to the history of each dish which represented the chef's journey around the world. There is no point in dwelling on the quality of the dishes as for a starred restaurant this is the minimum that is expected. The last positive note concerns the kindness of chef Gramaglia, who at the end of dinner came to the table to have a chat with us, proving to be a truly fantastic person. Obviously the price is not accessible to everyone, but in a restaurant like this quality reigns supreme, so it is right to pay for the experience offered.

The place is elegant and sober. The 'The Journey' menu represents a sublime experience and the presentation of the dishes combines the ecstasy of taste with an excellent visual perception. The quality is of a high standard. The service was impeccable, kind, welcoming and warm.

Locale molto carino ed elegante ,servizio eccezionale piatti molto particolari semplici ma gustosi ottimi gli spaghetti all’astice blu , si fa sentire la stella Michelin tutto proporzionato alla stella merita.

A sublime experience...an indescribable culinary journey...with each course I closed my eyes to enjoy with all my senses the exquisite food that was served to me. Laila..exceptional guide, soul of the place, with her sweetness and courtesy she described the dishes to amaze us even before tasting them...Laila, wife of the chef.. A Chef outside the box, one of a kind... imaginative, ironic, he enchanted us with his fairy-tale adventures lived in parts of the world where he absorbed flavors and experiences and mixed them with his knowledge creating truly exceptional dishes. Not to mention the details... from the candlestick to the decorated plates. I highly recommend the President ...your palate needs to experience flavors to remember over time.
