Locanda Vivaldi...posizione ottima, personale molto buono ,sevizio completo, colazione qualità prezzo non adeguato a mio parere troppa poca offerta.... suggerimento che darei alla reception una attenzione in più alla consegna della ricevuta,che questa sia piegata a meta per garantire la privacy dei propri ospiti... Grazie

My favourite place to have a cup of coffe close to San Marco - a little peaceful corner on an extremely busy Riva. And the coffee is delicious, too!

Two day stay in Venice and this was a beautiful hotel. Excellent service and breakfast as well. Very handy to drop off by water after arriving from the airport. Only reason for 4/5 for location is that it was very busy right in front of the hotel all day, and quite noisy outside the windows, late into the evening.

The hotel is in a great location & staff was ok, The bedding was and old blanket with a sheet over it for a bedspread and the shower looked like they removed it from an RV and stick it in the room. We discovered quickly that The A/C was broken in our room (and several other rooms prior to our arrival) and they did not have the courtesy to let us know. They distributed any fans they had to others but “didn’t have anymore”. They advised they hoped it would be fixed by 3 pm the next day. We had to open the windows and were eaten alive by mosquitoes. Miserable experience to say the least. No compensation, no apology, won’t ever stay here again.
