Dopo il bel percorso delle 52 gallerie del Pasubio( 3 ore dal parcheggio Campiglia),eccoci al grande rifugio Papa,grossa costruzione più simile ad una caserma( forse…)Sale interne originali e un po’ vetuste, terrazza all’aperto con una decina di tavoli.Menu’ di giornata su lavagna, con scelta su 3 primi e 4/5 secondi.Preso minestrone,che era più che altro una fagiolata,comunque discreto, piatto freddo salumi/formaggi molto standard,crostata non casalinga.Ottima birra fresca.Servizio veloce e sbrigativo. Posizione strategica.

Nonostante la gran quantità di persone che passa da qui, al bar del rifugio abbiamo trovato uno staff felice e solare, anche pronto allo scambio di qualche breve battuta. Il rifugio, in generale, è tenuto molto bene.

08/03/2024: Place furnished in a simple and essential, but functional way. Board with the possibility of choosing the menu and customizing the piadina. Menu also for vegans. Self-service drinks. We had to wait for the fries due to a technical problem, but once they arrived, they apologized and offered a small dessert. Prices are normal and therefore accessible. For a vegan choice, I recommend the Verdissima! Satisfied .
29/02/2024: Clean and modern place, the girls very helpful and kind. I'll definitely be back because the piadinas I ate were very good!

25/04/2024: View of the Bassano bridge, normal food even if the price is a little high The burnt grappa cream is good I was annoyed by the owner who was rather arrogant towards the waitresses
14/04/2024: Stunning place overlooking the bridge, friendly staff, Tonio the owner is the welcoming and cheerful character seen in 4 restaurants. Refined cuisine, with high quality products, but with very honest prices. Exceptional experience for sight and palate.
