Arrivati un po' prima dei nostri amici, ci hanno fatto sedere senza portare acqua, lasciandoci solo un attesa. A tavolo completo è arrivata la cameriera a prendere le ordinazione ma prima di ricevere il menù, quindi abbiamo ordinato senza sapere nessun prezzo, alla cieca, è stato imbarazzante. 3 antipasti 2 bistecche di origine differente 2 acqua 2 calici vino 1 vino nobile di montepulciano 1 patata 1 fagioli 2 caffè 1 tiramisù 244€ Qualità del cibo ottima, consiglio scottona spagnola, per quanto riguarda il servizio poteva anche non esserci. Penso che il servizio sia il biglietto da visita del locale ma in questo caso non penso torneremo. Locale moderno con 2 sale e piccolo resede coperto, bella atmosfera ma tanto tanto fumo in sala dalla cucina.

A butcher's shop that has transformed its raw material into an excellent culinary experience. After entering you can sit down (there is also an outdoor area) to try the different cuts and types of meat. 🥩 on the blackboard-style wall you will find a very large list of steaks from different parts of the world: it will be suggestive and the choice of what to eat will be difficult because you are curious or lovers of meat, eager to have different choices. However, the innkeeper will help you and will tell you about some peculiarities of the different origins, giving you a hand if you are undecided or curious about something in particular. His choice of which he is proud and to which he gave his name "La Testi" is for the Polish one which imports directly but will not put any pressure to direct you. We tried the Marchigiana, the quality of the meat was excellent, the waiting times were quick.

Partirei dell'accoglienza che è stata perfetta, cordiale e calorosa. È seguita una spiegazione dettagliata delle carni a disposizione. Tartare e bistecca strepitose!! Buona la carta dei vini. Torneremo sicuramente!
