Dinner with wine tasting! My company and I chose this restaurant during a weekend in the Langhe, it was a real revelation. The location is very suggestive and well-kept, at the entrance there is an old model of cash register from the 1930s/40s that is still working. The dishes offered are all typical of the area in which the restaurant is located and, personally, all the courses were prepared and excellent on the palate. The dish that left the most impression on me is the tongue, I have never tasted it the way they make it. We decided to have a tasting menu, we couldn't have chosen a more appropriate solution. The owner, as well as a chef and sommelier, will be able to accompany you on a fantastic journey through food and wine. The menu does not include a wine tasting, but if you call a few days in advance and ask for it, the owner will accommodate you. Finally, the price was completely in line with what we ate, in fact I honestly would have gladly spent a few euros more! Truly congratulations!
