I already knew Chef Perini, I had been lucky enough to taste his talent in the past but I must say that I was surprised again! Excellent food, innovative dishes in combinations, superb presentation as few can do. Congratulations to Andrea and his entire team...and obviously see you soon!

Easter lunch at 588 We had two foreign guests visiting Tuscany who were thrilled with the food and location- Chef Andrea came to our table with kindness and explained some menus to us - Top dishes!! He's been a chef for 10 years! We will be back soon Thank you all !!!!

A unique place, a special cuisine with a Chef who was able to fully fulfill the theme of the evening. Impeccable service, cuisine that has nothing to envy of the starred one, on the contrary! What more can I say, when I can I can't help but go there.

07/04/2024: A lovely cozy corner restaurant run by really friendly people. We had the pear filled pasta and ravioli pesto pistachio. I have to say that the former was the highlight, leaving us scraping the plate to get every bit of goodness one more time before there was nothing left but the ceramic of the plate. For dessert, the tiramisu and the chocolate tort was simply delicious. I would go back again. We visited 4-5 restaurants after that day for the rest of our trip and honestly we still talked about this one. I have reddit to thank for this tip :D
05/04/2024: Normal atmosphere and dishes. Rushed, anxiety-inducing and, consequently, also distracting service.
