Ristorante Ala D'Oro In Lugo

RECOMMENDED for getting around as a starting point, clean hotel with new rooms in the historic center of Lugo. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The lady who pampered us at dinner with a lot of attention and the colleague who introduced us to excellent wine really deserve praise. Very kind indeed. I recommend having dinner there.

I stayed one night in this hotel/restaurant due to the teachers' written competition. I was welcomed super well, with great professionalism and attention to my every need. Comfortable and spotless room. The outdoor space is excellent for studying in peace. Bar and restaurant service. Very kind chef who prepared an off-menu dish for me to ease my stress during the night before exams. Recommended experience! No photos, no videos because I was too focused on studying.

Very nice and well looked after facility with very friendly and helpful staff I stayed there for 10 days for health reasons of my mother who had to undergo surgery nearby. The double room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, there was also a floor where it was possible to prepare tea or chamomile tea and coffee, fridge in the room and safe in the wardrobe.....even the single room was a little small but functional with the spacious French bed and here too the possibility of preparing chamomile tea or a coffee yourself. The breakfast buffet is quite rich with the possibility of having an English breakfast with eggs, cold cuts and cheese or an Italian breakfast with homemade cakes and stuffed croissants. And at the table the service for the desired drink. I also had dinner at the restaurant, everything was good, the price was a little high but it's okay....... I felt like family❤ Cecilia and Roberta made me feel at home in a difficult moment❤ 2 steps from the center very convenient.....the only small flaw is paid parking both inside and outside the hotel...

Third time I understood at the Ala d'Oro hotel restaurant. Third time of maximum satisfaction today an octopus on a bed of puree with olives and capers unsurpassed young but very professional staff BRAVI keep it up

It's a very good hotel, we had a great time. Is located in the city center, not far from a medieval fortification. Recommended

Un riferimento per tutto il territorio di Lugo e non solo. Ottimo albergo con splendido ristorante. Il personale preparato e sempre disponibile. Per me come una seconda casa.

Ottimo hotel vicino l'autostrada. Trovato perché necessitavo di fare una sosta durante il viaggio con la famiglia. Prezzo della stanza conveniente, ottima colazione europea, decisamente completa. Personale gentile e premuroso con i clienti. Consigliato

Ho soggiornato all' Ala d'oro 2 notti ed è stata nuovamente una splendida esperienza. Il livello è sempre alto! Materassi super comodi, camera pulita e ordinata, le lenzuola sono stirate meglio di quelle di casa! Abbiamo utilizzato i servizi della colazione e della cena , tutto molto curato e di ottima qualità. Una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato è lo staff, sempre cordiale e disponibile per ogni esigenza! grazie a tutti
