27/03/2024: The quality of the production of this pastry shop is undoubted. The kindness (if not politeness) of the person who served me was questionable. I approach the counter with a "good morning" and the girl first finishes chatting with her colleague and then - finally - turns to me with dull eyes and a blank look and says "what do you want?" - referring to what type of brioches or pasta... But reply with a "good morning to you, what can I serve you as?" is it too much effort? I ask her for a calzone with Speck - Sausage and a cappuccino with soy milk. He puts the rich calzone on a saucer without asking me if I would like it to be warmed up so I ask him and still in his annoyed way (I didn't force you to work behind a bar counter) almost on the verge of snorting he tells me he couldn't heat it up. I pull back my hood, finish my calzone, and head to the bathroom before heading out. Here too, sad and bitter surprise for the state of the service (it was 09:09). They say "the fish stinks from the head" and in all probability the proverbs are not wrong by an inch. Since you responded with doubt, I retrieved the receipt showing the Calzone d'Cappuccino. 07/04/2024: RECOMMENDED for getting around as a starting point, clean hotel with new rooms in the historic center of Lugo. Reception staff helpful and friendly. The lady who pampered us at dinner with a lot of attention and the colleague who introduced us to excellent wine really deserve praise. Very kind indeed. I recommend having dinner there.

23/03/2024: I stayed one night in this hotel/restaurant due to the teachers' written competition. I was welcomed super well, with great professionalism and attention to my every need. Comfortable and spotless room. The outdoor space is excellent for studying in peace. Bar and restaurant service. Very kind chef who prepared an off-menu dish for me to ease my stress during the night before exams. Recommended experience! No photos, no videos because I was too focused on studying.

02/04/2024: Restaurant located inside the Pavaglione di Lugo in the center. Reachable by car with paid parking spaces on weekdays and not on holidays. Place that develops in height, small rooms on three levels, stairs to climb. Characteristic place between rustic and modern, I personally like it a lot. Menu with various traditional dishes from Romagna but also revisited and really tasty. Good portions, really really good meat and cured meats. Desserts equally good! Good wine cellar. Convivial and pleasant place. Average prices with high quality of dishes. On mild days there are also outdoor seats, covered tables in the Pavaglione loggia, really pleasant!!! I recommend!!!

02/04/2024: The piadina with and without gluten is very good, a lot of attention is paid to contamination, they have two separate kitchens in the same kiosk.

22/03/2024: On a trip to Lugo with my son for a visit, we stopped for lunch in this delightful little place full of many delicious things to eat: from piadinas with different doughs, to watercress, to fried pizzas, to the delicious desserts... We have ate really well. There is plenty of choice even for those who are gluten intolerant. On our next visit to Romagna we will definitely be back!

03/03/2024: Ottimi prodotti e materia prima eccellente, il mio tre è dovuto al prezzo, troppo caro. In più quando prendi un vassoio di biscotteria o mignon vanno a pezzi e non a peso. Capisco il costo della materia prima ma non sono da Massari.

25/02/2024: Ne ho mangiate di paste…ma questa le supera tutte!! Pasta vuota di qualità ottima ed enorme, farcita al momento con cioccolata perfetta e un pistacchio tanto soffice da sembrare una mousse…e la granella sopra!! Sarà meta fissa della colazione la domenica

30/03/2024: I ate at the restaurant for a birthday. The place is nice, the service is right (not the TOP of the welcome but not even the licking, serious staff which I appreciated) the drinking whether wine or beer is good, unfortunately the eating like pizza and fried gnocchi I found it bland , very disappointing (as I unfortunately feared). Overall everything is ok but the cuisine needs to be flavoured/improved.
