Ristorante Be Quiet In Catania

Very good restaurant with a wonderful location

Restaurant in a street along the busy shopping street. Delicious food and nice service. You notice that the employees and owners are passionate about their profession. Drink delicious local wines. Environment is fine, a little too much light. Starter, main course, dessert, limoncello and coffee.

An evening out for dinner at Be Quiet was a very nice experience! Our server was so passionate about the food and wine. We received extensive information about the wine he had selected. So nice to listen to someone who loves what he does. I ordered the carbonara, which he said will be “the very best carbonara I have ever eaten”. Nothing could be further from the truth because I really enjoyed it immensely. Perfect. My other half took the squid pasta. One of the suggestions that was written on a notepad, very funny but it shows how little is needed to talk about good food. I tasted the pitch-black squid paste, I have never had such a flavor bomb in my mouth. Wow. What an experience. We didn't expect the first course to be such a bomb, because we also had the mixed grill fish as a second course. After the two pasta toppers the fish was a bit disappointing, but this was not a problem at all. We had such a nice evening. Ended with an espresso and a grazie mille to the lovely people who served us.

This restaurant was by far the best! Very friendly service and excellent food, high quality at a fair price.

Apart from the truly exquisite kindness and courtesy, we went for lunch very early due to time constraints and had 4 different first courses and they were all delicious, I drank a glass of the recommended local white wine and it was very appropriate. Advised!!!!

Only the older man was nice. Everything else, including the waitress, was mediocre. We paid quite decently, but what we wanted to eat was not available, although it was stated on the menu

Qualche giorno fa , ci siamo recati in questo ristorante in pieno centro a Catania in una traversa piccola di via Etnea , un po’ nascosta. Ero con un collega e poiché eravamo arrivati in aereo a Catania dopo le 14.00 abbiamo chiesto la cortesia all ‘ hotel di chiamare perché ci facessero mangiare qualcosa anche se si era fatto molto tardi . Gentilezza del proprietario, VOTO 10 Arredi eleganti e pulizia del locale , VOTO 9 Pane di Altamura, VOTO 9 Tonno con cipolle caramellate , veramente strepitoso, VOTO 10 ( il miglior tonno in assoluto ) La sera il mio collega è tornato in questo locale e mi ha confermato di aver mangiato molto bene . Conto con prezzi un po’ altini ma la qualità si paga , VOTO 6 Non fatevi ingannare dalla stradina con cui si accede al ristorante che obiettivamente è bruttina. Il ristorante è comunque SUPER CONSIGLIATO !!! COMPLIMENTI

Vi tog en lunch i Catania och hittade restaurang Be Q i en gränd från stora gatan. Vi var bland de första kunderna där vid mezzagiorno. Pasta Pomodori och Pasta Carbonara al Romana blev vårat val till lunch. Ingen större sensation smakmässigt men lagom stora portioner och man blev mätt. Prismässigt högt! Servitören var av den buttra sorten och hade ingen lust att prata med oss.
