We were at a business dinner, I didn't see the hotel, but the location is in an ancient building, very beautiful and well-kept. Ditto the restaurant and we ate the chef's tasting.

Excellent location, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are historic therefore suitable for the location, personally I am not a fan of the hairdryer aside but never mind... in any case very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast, in my opinion, needs to be completely revised: personally I don't like seeing single-portion packaged products in the center of the table..

Ottimo ristorante a base di pesce, il crudo e' eccellente, l'antipasto squisito con piatti freddo e caldi curati sia dal lago estetico che dalla miscela dei sapori... lo consiglio vivamente, ottima rapporto qualita'- prezzo... cantina di vini eccellente, cortesia verso gli ospiti al top...

Penso sia il ristorante migliore in città. Eleganza, qualità e servizio impeccabile lo contraddistinguono. A tavola, dagli antipasti al dolce, è una festa per il palato. Qualche esempio? Baccalà in tempura, polpo laccato, tonno speziato con catalana di finocchi: piatti esclusivi di alta qualità. E poi il risotto ai lunghi con fonduta di caciocavallo podolico e i fusilli con gamberi e pescatrice, uno più buono dell’altro. E per finire il trancio di branzino al forno con cremoso al tartufo e chips di patate viola. Quando ci penso mi viene l’acquolina in bocca… devo aggiungere altro? Penso che basti per far capire che qui si mangia alla grande!

27/08/2023: Excellent food, friendly staff. Everything was excellent, from the first courses to the roasts, with a note of merit for the excellent Sicilian desserts prepared by the owner. The owner, who is also the chef, was very kind, he advised us and illustrated the various preparations. We ate some excellent and well presented dishes. Last but not least: we paid the right price. Truly recommended.

25/02/2024: I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful restaurant in the historic center of Felline, and it was truly a delightful experience. The owners were unbelievably nice and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. They had an impressive selection of wines, all from their own vineyard, which added a personal touch to the evening. The menu was very typical of the region, and the staff provided excellent explanations of the different dishes and wine pairings. I must say, the pasta dish I ordered was one of the best I've ever had, and the blend of Negroamaro and Primitivo wine as a companion was a perfect match. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. It's a hidden gem in Felline that you shouldn't miss!
10/11/2023: We came for a wine tasting and had a tour around the area where the vines grow. It was a nice day with delicious local food and excellent wines. Grazie mille Marta!
