Ristorante Cintia In Rieti

09/10/2023: I took the avocado salad, and as an appetizer the wholemeal toast with tomato and basil sauce, very good and well served. Unfortunately there was a delay in ordering, even just water we had to ask for several times. They have a children's menu and we got a Happy pizza but they forgot the fries (we had to ask for them twice) and also the dessert. They don't do gluten-free pizza but they should have gluten-free buns for the burgers (they didn't have them that evening). Maybe it was because the world chilli pepper fair was taking place in the city (right in front of the restaurant) but the waiting times and forgetting things were really too much, it kind of makes up for the fact that the food is very good.

03/09/2023: Local in Piazza Oberdan right near the city center and near the station. The fried foods were average, while the pinsas were certainly the highlight: the dough was crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Unfortunately we weren't able to finish them, but we took them home and the next day, although they were cold, they were still very good. The girl who served us initially was very friendly and prompt, while the boy who took over later was a little less…
