Refined cuisine and fresh produce. We had the Piedmontese cuisine menu: fried egg, beef tartare, lamb agnolotti/ravioli, beef cheek in wine and superb panacotta: everything was delicious. It's plentiful enough not to be too heavy or hungry. Professional service. It's quite small so reservations essential. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. Without wine count around €45 per person with service, bread etc. A good address to recommend.

Very nice restaurant in the center of Turin. The atmosphere is very special and the food is excellent. The risotto in particular was really worth a visit. I would definitely recommend the restaurant!

Excellent experience. The flavor combinations are studied with great care. The crispy egg on spinach with bacon and the Tajarin with chestnuts were superb. It was like eating Turin and Piedmontese tradition forkful after forkful.
Last but not least: I took a chance with the particular "sweet and savory" dessert with hazelnut ice cream, chocolate mousse with capers and Jerusalem artichoke, I was pleasantly surprised!

Some positives, unfortunately one negative. The food and ingredients are refined and very good. By choosing the places recommended by Slow Food I know I can trust them. The only flaw I really find is the attitude of the waiters: out of three guys, only one of them was smiling. The other two never smiled at us during the entire lunch. If I go to a place/tavern/restaurant it is also for the pleasure of feeling welcomed and in a place of love and passion. Those sitting at the table don't perceive the surly/sullen attitude well and above all it discourages any questions/interactions, but above all it doesn't cost anything to smile, if only out of courtesy.

Consigliatissimo per l’atmosfera intima e raccolta e per la varietà e la gustosità del menu degustazione a 42€. Servizio veloce e simpatico, una nota particolare per la tartare con tartufo grattugiato davanti ai commensali.
