An excellent experience, from the dominant position over the Tanaro valley on one side, to the Roero hills. The structure is valuable, in which the restaurant stands out for its faithfully Piedmontese cuisine but with the highest care in the preparations. Price appropriate to the level.

Booked on The Fork which continues to be a truly excellent tool as it allows you with one click to see where there is availability and book without making phone calls. We were greeted in a polite and professional manner. The service was fast and impeccable. We were greeted with a much appreciated entrée. The breadsticks, bread and focaccia were truly excellent and worthy of note, fragrant and tasty. There were two of us and we had the duck petals and the traditional starter as starters, both good. The first courses, fondue ravioli and tajarin with wild boar ragout, were very good, especially the truly excellent tajarin! As a second course we tried the cheek with potatoes, very soft. In addition to the food, the vast choice of wines should be highlighted, we tried a red and it was excellent. Too bad about the dessert which had a slightly acidic taste, damn! The view that extends over the surrounding landscape is truly beautiful and the village is evocative. I would further like to underline the professionalism and kindness of the waiter (I think he is the owner) who made his passion and care for the place shine through. We will be back!

First time in this refined and welcoming restaurant, located in a charming village. I appreciated everything, from the precise and courteous service to the quality of the well-prepared dishes. Everything is accompanied by a rich choice of wines. I was really satisfied and I highly recommend it!

I thoroughly enjoyed the menu proposed for this special event. Everything fantastic, from the appetizers, first courses and the second course and then ending with a very good dark chocolate semifreddo. Excellent wines! Extraordinary service!

Un piacevole ritorno in questo elegante ma informale ristorante, incastonato in un bellissimo borgo dalla vista privilegiata. Servizio e cortesia oltre alla variegata scelta di piatti del territorio ben realizzati sono i punti di forza del locale, ricca la scelta dei vini. Dopo la precedente esperienza a tema sui funghi porcini, questa volta ho potuto degustare alcuni classici del territorio con buona soddisfazione. Molto gradito l'antipasto di benvenuto offerto dallo chef in entrambe le circostanze. Prezzi giusti, considerando anche la quantità che definirei generosa. Molto soddisfatto, lo consiglio vivamente.

Le cadre est très joli, autant au niveau du restaurant que le village. La cuisine est plus que moyenne. Les pâtes étaient plus que moyenne, mais le vin était bon et le dessert excellent. La vraie note aurait été 3.5 …
