Ristorante Da Casse In Sestriere

Rifugio-ristorante sulle piste molto accogliente e con atmosfera calda, soprattutto al primo piano. Ottima varietà nel menù, con proposte tradizionali piemontesi ma anche alcune rivisitazioni. Benissimo il vitello, promossi anche gli agnolotti. Conto al di sotto delle aspettative, vista la qualità dei piatti promossi. Consigliatissimo!

The best restaurant on the slopes and perhaps in Sestriere. Reservations are required for lunch. Perfect mountain atmosphere with a simple but decidedly traditional menu. Every choice is excellent. The staff is extremely kind and professional. We returned on the second day because it couldn't have been done otherwise.

Excellent discovery on the slopes of the Milky Way. We were lucky to find a place for 4 people, the staff was kind and impeccable. Not a usual mountain refuge cuisine but refined and with a modern style, while enhancing the typical cuisine of the place. I highly recommend!

In my opinion - the best restaurant on the mountain. With its cozy chalet vibe and delicious menu - I highly recommend. The rabbit salad, the egg fonduta and the ragout pasta is absolute flavour explosion. Plus, the attentive staff makes every meal feel special. We couldn't resist returning twice during our five-day stay—it's just that good!

Very nice place for foodies to stop after skiing efforts. Service a little slow but everything and prepared to order. Very good tagliatelle and ravioli. Special mention for the tarte tatin and its slightly lemony cream, and especially for the panneton and its zabayon cream

We loved every single dish we ordered. This time we had lunches at Da Casse every day we skied. Came there on recommendation from the local guides. Definitely the best food in Sestriere in terms of quality and creativity. Too bad you can’t reach it other than on skis. Da Cassie would be a definite hit if they open another restaurant off the slopes in Sestriere. We look forward to coming at Da Cassie next time!

Very good food and clearly far from other restaurants in terms of quality of cooking and quality of products. Happy to pay the price ! And the playlist is fire !

Beautiful food well worth a visit

Sei alla ricerca di un posto semplice ma raffinato, che si differenzi dai soliti locali super affollati sulle piste da sci a Sestriere? Beh, andare da Casse si rivela la scelta giusta: personale super cortese che ti fa sentire coccolato e baita molto accogliente. Buona varietà di piatti, dal più semplice a quello ricercato, tutti con sapori molto azzeccati. E ogni tanto fidatevi dei fuori menù, preparati alla grande dallo chef Hermann. Sempre un piacere tornarci ogni volta!

Cibo eccellente, cura dei piatti, qualità indiscussa. La pasta fatta in casa è top, l'uovo strepitoso: da mangiarne in quantità, vitello tonnato livello eccellente, vini selezionatissimi. Staff top. Bravi!
