Siamo stati più volte in questo ristorante e in varie occasioni, con amici a cena, con la famiglia a pranzo e anche a San Silvestro 2023. Apprezziamo molto la cucina di Mirko per la qualità della materia prima e per la lavorazione molto accurata ma non eccessivamente elaborata così da conservare i sapori autentici esaltandone il gusto. Ricercatezza equilibrio e professionalità denotano lo chef. L’ambiente è accogliente e il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto.

15/09/2023: Sensational! Excellent regional cuisine with fresh ingredients, perfect Tuscan dishes are prepared, all at an absolutely fair price-performance ratio in a cozy atmosphere. There is a predetermined menu with several courses, the dessert can be chosen from a small but very fine selection - a real "insider tip" in Tuscany - the restaurant is always very busy, reservations are recommended 😉
