I've known him all my life when Renato was still in the kitchen, a great chef, now Davide his son is at the controls, a perfectly successful handover, highly recommended, the food and drinks are great, certainly among the best restaurants in the area!

Excellent trattoria restaurant immersed in the greenery of the surrounding woods, on top of a hill not far from Mount Freidur. Very large outdoor parking. Very large dehors outside. Location suitable for hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists; obviously also suitable for those who want to get away from the smog and city traffic. Room with a large room with fireplace and windows all around. Nice rustic furnishings. Typical Piedmontese cuisine prepared with interpretations of ancient recipes; never any distortions of the latter. Quality raw materials almost zero km. Attentive and attentive service. Good wine list. I will come back to taste the mushrooms (this is the right area).

Christmas lunch to remember! I was there about ten years ago and I must say that everything has improved. The location is rustic but well cared for and clean. The staff were very kind and friendly even though they were working over Christmas. The food was really very good, you should ask for an encore at every course. Even the plating was refined. Sincere congratulations.

We ate the excellent Piedmontese mixed fry but the choice on the menu was really tempting so we will definitely return to taste the other courses, I would say the service was super as was the view

Se ho sempre reputato la bagna cauda di mia nonna unica ecco lei si è avvicinata molto! Tutto davvero super Qualità prezzo personale Bravo

Location molto bella, sicuramente bellissima in primavera / estate. Chiaramente non è proprio in una località facile da raggiungere, ma una volta arrivati, non ve ne pentirete. Tavoli ben preparati e locale accogliente. Essendo stagione di funghi, e seguendo i consigli di un amico, questa volta abbiamo optato per piatti a base di porcini, ma il menù è vario e ci torneremo per provare altri piatti. Una cosa encomiabile e non facile da trovare in altri ristoranti, è trovare all'interno del menù la lista dei loro fornitori: tutti della zona e di alta qualità. Bravi!! Questa volta da segnalare per la qualità e i sapori: la tartare con crema di funghi, gli ottimi tagliolini alla chitarra con funghi porcini freschi (e anche grattati finissimi sopra) e la frittura di funghi porcini (locali). Un'altra particolarità (che fa un pó anni 70-80) è il carrello dei dolci portato al tavolo. Tutti ottimi, in particolare la torta di nocciole con zabaione, arance glassate e tirami su. Lista dei vini molto varia con etichette di valore. Servizio attento e veloce del cameriere addetto al nostro tavolo. Solo un piccolo neo: fate un pó di formazione ai ragazzi che invece portano i piatti e servono il vino. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei piatti serviti. Tornerò per provare altri piatti, compreso i formaggi e la carne (visto i fornitori elencati)

Questo ristorante è la ns. tappa di settembre per la cena a base di funghi, ovviamente è indicato anche per altre occasioni, ma poiché per noi è molto lontano ci andiamo solo in quel periodo. Che dire servizio buono, piatti eccellenti e ben presentati, abbondanti le porzioni ma sopratutto la qualità parla da sé. Assolutamente da provare. OTTIMO rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona la carta dei vini.
