We went here for dinner on a Saturday night, and overall the rating was good. - Even though the place was packed, the numerous waiters in the room managed to keep up the service well. Ceto, on weekend days the place can be really crowded (there are more than 400 seats) and the waits can be a little long, but despite this we were served professionally and without problems. - The car park is large, but not enough for busy days, so you may find yourself parking your car in the nearby streets. - As a celiac I express my opinion on the gluten-free service offered by the restaurant. Here almost the entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version, with fresh pasta and pizzas prepared directly by them, so nothing packaged. Having a chat with the waiter, it emerged that: - All gluten-free doughs are prepared before making the other preparations, in order to limit the risk of cross-contamination. For fried foods, a separate fryer is used and S.G. pasta is used. it is cooked separately from the normal ones. - Unfortunately, however, as regards gluten-free pizzas, they do not have a dedicated oven for cooking nor a separate station for rolling out and preparing them. In my opinion, the risk of contamination in the pizzeria department is high, so decide whether to risk it or not. Let's say that for a simple intolerant it may be fine, but for an allergy sufferer or a celiac it is not exactly the best. - For such a large venue, the effort to offer many gluten-free alternatives, in order to satisfy every type of customer, is commendable, but I believe that as regards the preparations most at risk of contamination, such as first courses and pizzas, it is necessary to try to find a place separate from the rest of the kitchen, in which to carry out these preparations more safely. - The gluten-free pizza was good, although very thin and with little edge (personal opinion). However, the other pizzas at the table with classic dough were all very good. - Zero risk certainly does not exist anywhere, not even in the premises informed by AIC, unless they are exclusively Gluten Free. However, it would be more correct to better inform the customer of the fact that contamination in the kitchen/pizzeria could certainly exist, instead of trying to convince him of the opposite. In this regard, I received the usual two incorrect and misleading statements, namely that "gluten burns at high temperatures" and that "no one has ever been sick in this place", so you can rest assured. Here I would avoid proposing statements like this again, which can disorientate an inexperienced and novice customer, but certainly not someone who has lived with eating problems for years and knows very well how it works. I certainly would have appreciated more correct and fair information from the staff, so that everyone can then make their own choices with awareness and responsibility. In conclusion, it was a positive experience, especially for those who ordered the "normal" dishes, a little less so for the gluten-free ones, who would need a little more attention. The bill was slightly higher than average, but nothing over the top.

As soon as we arrived and communicated the surname of the reservation we were immediately accompanied to the table. The waiter who served us (Mr. Michele) was courteous, helpful, very nice and very knowledgeable, he was able to give us the best advice on what to choose from the menu. Impeccable and very fast service. Appetizer rich in homemade products. All of us at the table chose different meat selections, which were tasty and quality. except the truffle which was poor. Delicious desserts. Last but not least, after the bill we were offered the tasting of various liqueurs made by them, with the flavor of banana, pistachio, liquorice and the timeless limoncello which were an excellent ending to an excellent dinner.

07/09/2023: Il servizio non ci ha soddisfatto: ci hanno chiesto l'ordinazione dopo due tavoli arrivati dopo di noi, le portate consegnate al tavolo non contemporaneamente, non hanno notato assenza di acqua...peccato. un locale di questo tipo non se lo può permettere. Per il resto tutto positivo: buonissimo il risotto con crema di carote (ma la porzione del tavolo a fianco era molto più abbondante) i cappelletti di baccalà. Buonissimi e di qualità i formaggi. Un po insipide le pizzette fritte, buona la piadina romagnola. Deliziose le patate arrosto. Prezzi troppo alti per un servizio piuttosto scarso...sia titolare che ragazzi camerieri. Migliorabile

19/10/2023: For those with allergies- Outstanding. From the moment we walked in everything was outstanding I have about 20 different food sensitivities right now, including onion garlic and tomato. The wait staff explained the contents, went to check with the kitchen, came back with questions and then custom made an outstanding meal for me that was made from scratch and so tasty. Thank you!
08/09/2023: Dinner for two. Beautiful location on the edge of a pine forest. Super nice service. Here we were immediately offered water for our dogs! Thank you! Very good food at reasonable prices.
