Ristorante Giubbi Belvedere In Staffolo

I came here when I was little and I went back a little while ago. A genuine place that has not bowed to fashion, but resists with integrity and home-made cuisine!

I have known this restaurant since the early 70s of the last century, when it was managed by "Giubbì" and his wife Ines, and I have frequented it with my family for more than 30 years, in the summer. Then more sporadically. But when we go to Staffolo always. It's a large place, with outdoor tables when the weather permits. Everything excellent The best are the dishes of the Marche cuisine from the Ancona area: from vincisgrassi to rabbit in porchetta to lamb... Verdicchio, Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno are a must. There is also a very good pizza. All well organized by Ilde and her collaborators.

Simple and kind service, 4 of us ate 2 pizzas and 2 dishes of the day + 2 side dishes while they considered 4 fixed menus it would have been right to clarify it in the price of the bill

Typical food and generous portions. Homemade dishes and atmosphere.

Excellent trattoria in which to savor grandma's flavours. The two of us split a complete appetizer (cold cuts, cheeses, mixed vegetables and crescia) and a portion of cannelloni with meat sauce, one of the off-menu items of the day. All plentiful and extremely good. Of course we didn't miss a bottle of organic Verdicchio from a local company. Very friendly staff, excellent value for money. In the outdoor spaces, where you can probably eat in the summer, there is a beautiful view of the Jesi valley. We will return.
