The price quality is unmatched and the service is fantastic. Definitely the pasta tasting was a bit more that I could handle after sharing the antipasti, but well worth it if you’re an undecided eater

Posto semplicemente spettacolare, cibo incredibile e cortesia. Giampiero e Maria Pia sono 2 persone fantastiche che ti fanno sentire sempre a casa e ti coccolano con le loro portate. Ci vado da tempo oramai e ci torno ogni volta che posso... consigliatissimo

Abbiamo mangiato bene con prodotti di qualità tranne i dolci che non mi sono piaciuti e il conto è stato abbastanza salato per un menù a base di terra. L'ambiente è confortevole e caratteristico

This was a nice find after a recommendation on Trip Advisor! Really lovely restaurant with a view out over the countryside. Good food and while the wine by the glass was limited - what was offered was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pricing was not too expensive.

We looked for a restaurant that was easy to get to (ie not in the centre of the old town of Martina Franca as we were driving), had atmosphere, had a good menu which would also accommodate my gluten free diet. We selected Ristorante I Templari based on this and all the great reviews. In fact at our accommodation when we mentioned this restaurant, a "local" staff member reaffirmed this was a very good place to go. We had great food and really enjoyed our experience there. The staff were very accommodating and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. We ate inside which had lots of atmosphere but during the day, the terrace would be a good spot with its views. Although it's just off a street on the edge of the historic centre, parking is never easy in these small towns but we finally found a spot. It wasn't expensive and had some limited 'wine by the glass' options but enough for us to enjoy trying a couple of wines!
