We ate on Easter Monday in this place in the center of Perugia, a parallel street on Corso Vannucci, excellent food, excellent quality and, as far as the price is concerned, surprising for being in the centre; 4 starters, 5 first courses, 2 desserts, 2 bitters, 4 coffee drinks and cover charge 113 euros. Judge for yourself😉. To be taken into consideration for those visiting Perugia. Oh I forgot the staff were very kind and quick. Thank you.

We had dinner at the Il Baldo restaurant, a super friendly family run restaurant with excellent food and reasonable prices.
The place is located in the center.
We spent a pleasant evening enjoying excellent food and a good variety of super seasoned salads.
My choice was traditional, pizza al testo with Umbrian sausage and herbs, then the other diners opted for salad, caprese and strangozzi carbonara.

Abbiam optato per questo ristorante come ripiego, in quanto il ristorante che ci avevano indicato era pieno e non avevamo fatto in tempo a prenotare. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto e devo dire che era tutto davvero buono, successivamente abbiamo optato per una pizza che, pur non avendo nulla a che vedere con la pizza napoletana, non era malaccio. Anche il servizio non è stato affatto male
