Basic but clean, good breakfast and everyone is very friendly... I go there often.

Very beautiful farmhouse, immersed in the greenery of the Conero, a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Portonovo. The property has a beautiful garden, where in the morning you can have a good breakfast, even with homemade jam. The rooms are simple but comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and minibar. Fair price. Very recommended for a weekend at the seaside, a few steps from the entrance there is the free shuttle to reach the beaches. The Conero park is also very close, from where beautiful paths start with a view of the sea. Highly recommended.

Very well-kept farmhouse, with large garden, located in an excellent position, surrounded by greenery, but close to the beaches of Portonovo. Simple, but clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning and minibar. Simple and abundant breakfast with excellent home-made jams. Friendly, friendly and very helpful owner. It's a shame there is currently no restaurant service available for lunch and dinner.

Nice location even though a bit far from the city, unfortunately the restaurant had been closed forcing us to move around for a meal. Average overall quality, the owner is quite active and interesting person but I wouldn’t go there just for this.

Leider ist der Gastronomiebetrie momentan geschlossen, womit nur Nächtigung mit Frühstück möglich ist. Die Lage im
Grünen ist entzückend. Leider wirkt der Außenbereich des Hofs ungepflegt. Der Spielplatz ist in einem desolaten Zustand, der Rasen um das Haus ging meiner Tochter schon bis zu den Knien. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Frühstück bestand leider fast ausschließlich aus Süßzeug. Alles in allem wurde für den verlangten Preis zu wenig geboten.

Camere pulitissime e molto confortevoli , location meravigliosa immersa nella natura della riviera del Conero.
Il titolare molto gentile e servizievole.
Super consigliato se volete soggiornare al Conero anche perché molto vicino alle spiagge più belle e servita da mezzi pubblici...
