Excellent B&B in the center of Pienza. Very useful apartment also for a quick dinner. Breakfast ok with very good homemade cakes. Very kind and courteous owners.

Il Rossellino is one of the best and most authentic wining and dining experiences you can have in Val d’Orcia. And: a favourite of the locals! Cristoforo, the owner, is a fantastic host and a natural in hospitality. All the other staff members, waiters and chefs, are incredibly skilled and kind people. The menu changes seasonally, while keeping some of their signature dishes all-year-around. We have come back to this little gem many times and have been able to try every dish of the menu - everything is absolutely delicious. Both, the outside tables on the piazza (a bit more lively) and the inside seating (very intimate and cozy), are lovely!

23/01/2024: Deep cellar with fantastic labels. Excellence cannot be achieved with a cuisine without great emotions. Small servings and prices a little high, but I will certainly be back!

29/03/2024: Great concept with an open kitchen and daily changing dishes. Very attentive service and super delicious food. Absolute recommendation for Siena. Price-performance: 50.00 euros for 2x cacio e pepe, 2x tiramisu, 0.5 liters of white wine and a bottle of water. There were two espressos on the house.
