I left this restaurant about half an hour ago, booked over a month ago, in view of a weekend with my partner in the Garda area of ​​Trentino. I think it was the worst New Year's Eve of my life! I want to start by saying that it is not my intention to mock or deride the work of others, but being served SCANDALOUS dishes, incredibly poorly cooked, deserves an adequate review. We arrived at 8.15pm and left before 10.30pm!! Very low quality restaurant service. Plate of inedible appetizers: basket of dry, cold and very hard white bread. Very sweet potato croquettes, a simple slice of raw meat! The first? A shameful risotto: it should have been with pesto but it was pale and tasteless. No salt, no creaming, it didn't go down well. Another first course with rabbit ragout, passable. I haven't seen two first courses served on the same plate since the 1980s! The pork fillet wasn't bad, just the right amount of pink but a dish with an unseasoned salad, worse than in the hospital! One of the worst desserts I've ever eaten. Strange texture, only lemon flavor, not mentioned. All served as a business lunch. With the excuse that at midnight there are sacrificial fires in the town, they served in two hours!! And thank goodness because we couldn't wait to go out!! First, however, a German-style coffee: very long and tasteless!! I think the format is: Germans and foreigners full speed ahead!! Except for the kindness of the owners, but cuisine like this is a disgrace for Italian restaurants!!

I hadn't been there in a lifetime, so I came back to try it and I had a great time. Same owners, same management, food looked after, everything was ok.

Seit einigen Jahren besuchen wir im Urlaub das familienbetriebene Restaurant „La Colombera“. Kurz gefasst folgende Bewertung! Sehr netter Inhaber, zuvorkommendes Personal und qualitativ sehr sehr gute Küche. Weiterempfehlung 200% 🙂 Wir kommen immer gern wieder. Behaltet eure tolle Atmosphäre. Raccomandazione 200% 🙂. È possibile anche di acquistare vino o olio. Ci piace sempre tornare. Mantenete la vostra fantastica atmosfera.

Tutto molto buono e in più é certificato AIC, associazione italiana celiachia, quindi per celiaci non ci sono problemi. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili, é presente un buon servizio.

Cena top! Ristorante splendido e una location magnifica. Personale gentilissimo e un servizio cortese, professionale e velocissimo. Bellissima veranda esterna. Piatti squisiti e materie prima di qualità.
