Location between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia, connected by the highway and easily accessible. The structure shows the signs of time and would need a major renovation but: the environment that takes you back in time, the private parking, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the abundant and varied breakfast make up for it perfectly. A walk in the garden, a swim in the pool and a look at the noticeboards where toys and memories of times gone by are collected. Advised.

Soggiornando x 4 giorni nell' hotel , su loro suggerimento,abbiamo cenato tutte le sere in questo ristorante! Daniela la titolare eccezionale sia nel cucinare prelibatezze,ogni sera menù diverso e persona con cui piacevolmente si scambiano 4 chiacchere,trovarne di gestori così! Faccio i complimenti anche a Dario un cameriere bravo e professionale! Prodotti di qualità e fantasia nel menù Top

Staying in the hotel for 4 days, at their suggestion, we had dinner every evening in this restaurant! Daniela, the owner, is exceptional in cooking delicacies, with a different menu every evening and a person with whom you can pleasantly chat, finding managers like that! I also compliment Dario, a good and professional waiter! Quality and imaginative products on the menu Top

We dined several times in this restaurant because we were customers of the adjacent hotel, and I can only say that I was fully satisfied. First and second courses very well prepared and tasty. Very honest prices! Daniela, the owner, very kind and always very helpful!

03/10/2023: We found ourselves passing through as we were looking for a place to stay and then visit the areas between Spoleto/Norcia the next day. Friendly and helpful staff. In the first room they assigned to us we had a small infestation of bedbugs, for which the girl apologized a lot and explained to us that it was due to the work in progress in the rear and promptly assigned us a second room where we then found ourselves fine , the room was clean, with basic furnishings, the bathroom was very small, the toilet was attached to the shower, the shower head cord was worn and leaked water everywhere. In the end it is a good hotel regarding the location. I recommend improving the breakfast as it was very basic, three tarts per person, a juice and the coffee shop.
05/09/2023: The innkeeper is very nice. He let us put the bikes in the dining room and fulfilled every request

31/03/2024: EXCELLENT LOCATION FOR HEALTHY BREAKS IN THE MIDDLE OF GREEN, EXCELLENT FOOD AND ABSOLUTE FRIENDLINESS OF THE OWNERS. EXCELLENT SERVICE IN GENERAL
01/11/2023: We happened upon this hotel's restaurant for lunch during a trip to Spoleto. The place is splendid because it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. It stands near an abbey and the sacred grove where St. Francis also went. We ate well, with moderate expense. Near the hotel there is a large park with children's games and a football pitch.
