ristorante Miralago In Avigliana

I ate at this restaurant for dinner. The place has a very characteristic setting overlooking the large lake of Avigliana. The food was of good quality, although the cut requested looked more like a fillet and wasn't exactly rare as ordered. But the quality made us turn a blind eye.

I never write about restaurants but here it deserves a positive review.... ate on Sunday 25/02/2024 as always genuine cuisine made in a healthy way, people who, despite many years of work, still put passion into it.... maybe someone should learn from them

Basically it was a pleasant experience, the view of the lake from the restaurant is really beautiful and the gentleman who served us was a hoot the whole time. There are two big problems: the place (it's not very clean) and the food. Leaving aside the fact that there isn't a menu and therefore you don't really know what ingredients they use, and also leaving aside the fact that it wasn't particularly good, the real problem with the food is that it makes you feel bad. It's a shame because you can see that it is a place with its own history and is located in a very beautiful spot, but after a stomach ache that lasted 2 days I can say that if I had known beforehand what was waiting for me I wouldn't have had a full lunch there but at most I would have just stopped by for a coffee.

A warm and comfortable place, a beautiful view of the lake, the owners very friendly and helpful, waiting times are fair, the food is really good, the menu is vast, the price is affordable 😊

The food was quite good although I was expecting something more. However, we left the restaurant with a full stomach. Two insufficient points: the lack of the menu with list/prices of the dishes and the price paid. Quite salty for what I ate

Breathtaking view of the lake, beautiful 70s location. The manager is a very welcoming, friendly and kind person. Excellent dishes. The agnolotti melt in your mouth. Absolutely recommended!

An informal restaurant with an atmosphere of times gone by, compliments to the dining room staff who, in addition to serving the dishes, were able to make everyone smile. Definitely not a chic place, but worth a visit for the quality of the food and the treatment.
