Ristorante Miraluna In Arzachena

The food is one of the best in Sardinia, poor location on a quite busy road... unfortunately the traffic can be heard in the room from 5 a.m., the lack of your own beach is a big minus. Hotel rather at 4* level

This hotel shows it is rated as a 5 star property, however, this is not a 5 star property. The location in Cannigione is beautiful and the views from the pool and restaurant area are spectacular. However, the rooms and common areas are very dated and need to be redone. We had a full patio in our suite and it had no furniture. It smelled musty in the room and there were stains on the furniture. It was all just very outdated. Service from the administrative staff is average. The people in the restaurants and the pool areas are trying hard but the food is very average (breakfast is pretty good). They do have a second beautiful infinity pool set up high on the hillside. But by no means is this a 5 star property and we were disappointed especially for the money we were paying.

a note must be spent on the staff: extremely friendly and professional. the concierge service practically 24/7 excellent and very efficient. we are satisfied. thanks and congratulations to the team.

We spent one week again this summer in this beautiful small hôtel. The views are magnificent from the pools or the restaurant. Az always service is great, especially Teresa from the concierge team. We were disappointed that there were no umbrellas at the pools. It made it impossible to rest on the sunbeds. The baldaquin are nice but you cannot stay long on it. It is not as confortable as a sunbed. Thus we went twice to the beach which is nice but you have to pay 40€.

I loved the service, the facilities and the location. I think they can improve the rooms a lot. They are comfortable but outdated. For the price I imagined that this aspect would be better.

nice hotel, pleasant aesthetics, clean rooms, friendly staff, great cocktails, superb sea view, delicious food (a special appreciation for the appetizers from the house), pet friendly + for the pontoon on the beach - for the rooms which by the way are very small
